Booking:
You can book your training session on-line. Select the course or session you're interested in and the date & time that work for you (some 1:1 training services may have open enrollment, others have pre-scheduled sessions that you can choose from as long as there are available seats at the time of registration).

Online booking require full payment to reserve your seat.

Cancellations:
​
Cancellations for 1:1 training sessions are accepted up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled time. Any cancellation within 72 hours of the session start time will incur a cancellation fee equals to 50% of the session price. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 days from the date of scheduled (and cancelled) session.

Locations:
​
Depending on the training topic, sessions will be scheduled at client's home/office (for all Taser training), DefenseTech classroom (for Taser classes and firearms non-shooting portion of the training) and a shooting range (for Taser classes and firearms shooting and non-shooting portions of the training).

Additional fees:
​
All fees required are excluded from the training session booking price. Those fees include, for example, shooting range usage fee, firearm rental fee, ammunition cost. Your instructor will detail any fee, if applicable, on the call following your reservation request.
